Anti-static glass fiber board is a kind of composite material with excellent electrical conductivity and antistatic properties, and its material is mainly composed of glass fiber and polyimide resin. Anti-static glass fiber plate manufacturers believe that this material has excellent insulation properties, high strength, good corrosion resistance, strong shock resistance and other characteristics, not only in aerospace, military and other technical fields have been widely used, but also in electronics, semiconductors, chemical and other fields have been widely used.

In general, the protection level of anti-static glass fiber board is divided according to its electrical conductivity and antistatic properties. According to the requirements of the U.S. Department of Defense standard MIL-SPEC-275E, anti-static glass fiber boards can be divided into the following grades:

1. Conductive grade: The conductive grade of the anti-static glass fiber plate refers to its conductive performance, that is, the size of the resistance value. In general, the conductive hierarchy is divided into three categories, that is, class C, Class B and Class A. Grade C requires A resistance value between 5×10^4Ω and 1×10^6Ω, grade B requires a resistance value between 1×10^3Ω and 5×10^4Ω, and grade A requires a resistance value less than 1×10^3Ω.

2. Antistatic grade: The antistatic grade of the antistatic glass fiber plate refers to its antistatic performance, that is, the size of the surface charge density. The antistatic grade is divided into 3 categories, that is, grade S, D and C. Class S requires a surface charge density of less than 10V, class D requires a surface charge density between 10V and 100V, and class C requires a surface charge density between 100V and 1000V.

3. Protection level: The protection level of anti-static glass fiber board refers to its ability to protect electrostatic and electromagnetic radiation. There are three levels of protection, namely level 1, Level 2 and level 3. Level 1 requires that it can resist the interference of strong magnetic field, strong electric field and strong electrostatic field, level 2 requires that it can resist the interference of medium magnetic field and electric field, and level 3 requires that it can resist the interference of weak magnetic field and electric field.

In general, the protection level of anti-static glass fiber board depends on its conductive properties, antistatic properties and protection capabilities. In practical applications, the requirements of anti-static glass fiber boards in different fields and occasions will be different, and the corresponding protection grade and model need to be selected according to the specific needs.
